No. We can’t guarantee tickets due to high demand, but we always do our best to assist! Our assistance fee is refundable under our policy if we don't secure your ticket, so the risk is low. πŸ‘

Yes, our fee is refundable, EXCEPT in these cases:
  • You log in to your account during the sale & get us blocked. 🚫
  • We send the payment link/QR, but you fail to pay in time. βŒ›
  • A "Ghost Checkout" or platform error happens (this is out of our control).
  • Someone else gets a ticket for you.
