Super excited to help you get those tickets! ✨ Para smooth ang process natin from start to finish, here's a quick guide on how our ticketing assistance works.

Part 1: Getting Your Slot!

1. Start with the Form: To begin, just message us the Concert Name you want to avail assistance for. (e.g., "Blackpink Deadline Tour" — no need to add the country or city!).

2. Secure Your Slot with DP: To finalize your form and officially reserve your slot, you'll need to send a 50% downpayment of the full ticketing assistance fee.

3. Quick Confirmation: We will confirm your payment within 5-10 minutes after you send proof. If you don't receive a confirmation from us within this time, please send us a follow-up message!

4. Complete Your Info: Once your DP is confirmed, we'll send over the necessary forms for you to complete: the Ticketing Form and our Terms & Conditions (TNC) Agreement.

All Set & Ready to Wait: Once you've submitted everything, you're all set! All we have to do is wait for the official ticket selling day. We got this! 💪

Part 2: The Big Day - Concert Ticket Selling!

1. Stay Online & Alert! On the day of the sale, please make sure you are available and online. This is super important!

2. For Standard Assistance: Wait for the payment link we'll send to your designated chat. You only have 5 minutes to complete the checkout before the link expires!

3. For BananaVIP Assistance: Get ready to promptly scan the QRPH code that we will show on screen. (Exception: This does not apply if the sale is a VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX presale.)

4. Wait for the Go-Signal! After successfully completing your payment, DO NOT access your account yet. Please wait for our confirmation and "go-signal." Once we give the clear, you can log in to your ticketing account to see your shiny new ticket voucher! 🎉

Frequently Asked Questions

We process assistance on a first-come, first-served basis based on when the downpayment is verified.
A "Ghost Checkout" is a system glitch on the ticketing website where tickets are secured in the cart but the payment fails to push through properly.
While we have a high success rate and use the best strategies, ticketing involves factors out of our control so we cannot offer a 100% guarantee.

Terms & Conditions

Part 1: Fees & Payments 💸

  • Slot & DP 🎟️: Your slot was secured by a non-refundable downpayment. No downpayment, no slot. 🚫
  • Assistance Fee 🎫: Our fee is PER TICKET.
  • Full Payment Deadline ⏰: The full balance for the assistance fee must be paid 1 day before the ticket sale. Failure to pay means your slot and DP will be forfeited. ❗

Part 2: The Big Day! 🚀

  • Ticket Cost 💳: You will pay for the full cost of the concert ticket + any platform fees.
  • Payment Method ✨: We highly recommend you pay via QRPH / MAYA. If the ticket price on the link/QR is wrong, you are not required to pay it.
🚨 IMPORTANT: We will NEVER ask you to send ticket payments to our personal accounts. All payments go directly to the official ticketing site. 🚨
  • Your Role 💪: You are responsible for paying for your ticket on the day via the link or QR we provide.

Part 3: Special Conditions ⭐

  • VISA/MC/AMEX Presale 🏦: We will only send you the official payment link. We will NOT ask for your full card details unless needed for a promo code.
  • Weverse Presale 💜: You must be willing to share your Weverse presale code with us to proceed.

Part 4: Refund Policy 📄

If Ticket is Not Secured, we will refund 60% of our assistance fee.

BUT, NO REFUND will be given if:

  • You log in to your account during the sale & get us blocked.
  • We send the payment link/QR, but you fail to pay in time.
  • A "Ghost Checkout" or platform error happens (this is out of our control).
  • Someone else gets a ticket for you.
